  • Over 450 pounds of crops were harvested. All of which were used for garden tastings or sent home to our students' families.

  • Some of the delicious garden dishes prepared by students were, Homemade tortillas filled with garden veggies and Mala’ai guacamole, potato leek soup, mighty greens with kale and pork, French Onion soup, veggie summer rolls with ponzu sauce, bicycle blender smoothies and pickled onions. Just to name a few.

  • Teaching all 205 students, weekly in the garden with their teachers, while applying classroom curriculum.

  • Delivery of 250 Mala’ai marigold plants in recycled milk cartons to all the students and staff on Earth Day. This project was a collaboration with the student leadership team. They were amazing!!!
