We love the Cooking with Curiosity curriculum created by Edible Schoolyard. These lessons are packed with short instructional videos and flexible recipes, and kitchen skills like approximation and ingredient swapping.

The garden is a great place to explore all kinds of different interests. From biology to cooking, art to engineering, ʻāina based programs provide an opportunity to practice many different skills. Our video series Exploring STEM Careers in Hawaii is rolling out and highlights careers based in science, technology, engineering, and math that all have an ʻāina component.
