Mālaʻai Spring Updates

  • Over the last few quarters we saw all 205 students through Physical Education/Health, Business & Practical Arts(BPA)/Technology, Exploratory Writing, and 6,7,8 grade science classes.

  • We achieved over 2,000 student contact hours

  • over 250 volunteer hours

  • And over 480lbs!! of crops harvested and fed to Waimea Middle School students and the broader community. Kabocha, onions, avocados and carrots to name a few!

    We are so grateful to work with our Waimea Middle School teachers, and wouldn't be able to run classes without our dedicated volunteers.
