Art & Sol

Art & Sol returned to Waimea town this September with a joyful, sold-out celebration of community and connection. Guests gathered at Merriman’s to share an elegant afternoon of ʻono food, laughter, and lively bidding. The event showcased the creativity of local artisans, businesses, and friends who donated one-of-a-kind works of art and experiences.

Through their generosity—and the enthusiastic support of attendees—over $45,000 was raised to sustain the Culinary Garden of Waimea Middle School and the Hawaiʻi Island School Garden Network. These funds will help Mālaʻai continue nurturing students, educators, and ʻāina through hands-on learning and ʻāina-based education.

Together, we are cultivating a generation of youth who have the knowledge, skills, and heart to mālama ʻāina and strengthen Hawaiʻi’s food future.
