Calamansi Fizz
This summer we had a plentiful harvest of Calamansi Limes and so we wanted to share a quick recipe with you should you ever find yourself with a handful! Mahalo to our first Executive Director Matilda Thompson for the insight.
Makes Individual Serving
Ingredients:
2-3 Calamansi Limes
4-6 Mint leaves
Sweetener of Choice
12oz of sparkling/seltzer water
Directions:
Cut Calamansi in half and remove seeds
Muddle with mint leaves in mortar & pestle or glass
Pour into drinking glass and add carbonated water of choice
Mix in sweetener for personal taste and enjoy!
