F.E.E.D. Webinar Series: Local Starches from ROOTS

Explore several root starches of Hawaiʻi with the ʻEha Box, as part of Aprilʻs FEED (“Food Experiences for Educating from a Distance”) webinar, facilitated by the Center for Getting Things Started and supported by the Atherton Family Foundation.

The webinar will include two youth chefs using the starches featured in the ʻEha Box to create an amazing Kalo appetizer and a healthy ʻUala/Cassava breakfast. Saturday April 17 from 10am to 12pm HST.
