Local Starches from Fruits

Join the Center for Getting Things Started and the ʻUlu Cooperative for this new webinar series - Food Experiences for Educating from a Distance (FEED). Featuring ʻulu (breadfruit) & kabocha squash, learn about the journey of ʻulu around the Pacific ocean, cook ʻulu pasta with Ono-licious youth chef, and make a local dessert with kabocha and ʻulu with an ʻulu ambassador.

Register today! Registration is FREE, however to receive an ʻEkolu box of local starches to cook along with the chefs, purchase it directly through the ʻUlu Cooperative link here.

Buy your ʻEkolu box by MARCH 18th so that you can get your box in time for the event to cook along with the chefs. Apply on the registration for scholarships (youth/kupuna) for the ʻEkolu box by March 17th.
