Chef Dan is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park and has 45 years of experience as a chef with most of that here in Hawai'i. Island Thyme Gourmet is best known as a personal chef service. We also did popular drop off dinners during Covid and sold our our homemade sausage at the Parker School Market for many years. We will do a small plate style dinner using fresh, seasonal and local ingredients-some of that right from Mala'ai!
