Island Thyme Gourmet is a long-established Personal Chef Service here on Big Island. You may know them from the many dinners they have donated in support of Mala’ai, from their drop-off dinners during the pandemic, or their time at the Parker Market selling Dan’s homemade soups and delicious sausages. Chef Dan is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with over 30 years as a chef and is well-versed in global cuisine and our local Hawaiian flavors. He and his wife Clare will create a four-course custom menu for you using fresh, local, seasonal ingredients from right here on the Big Island. You and your guests will enjoy a fun, fine-dining restaurant experience full of aloha in your own home.
